Well, today was my baby shower!!! Yay!!!
What can I say, from beginning to end it took my breath away. (for those of you have been pregnant you know i mean in that in the literal scenes too.) It was beautiful. I never imagined me, having such an wonderful event thrown for me!! and to feel so accepted and loved by such special family. When you grow up in utter disfunction, days like today and feelings like these exists only in fairy tales and maybe to the "normal" family across the street....not me...I can not possibly put into words how grateful i am to have found a guy that not only is wonderful but comes equipped with an awesome family too. In my 33 years in this world, i have never seen, (let alone feel apart of) a family who loves and supports one another. A family that interacts on a daily basis because they love each other and actually enjoy the involvement in each others lives, and not because the need something and set of parents that wouldn't do anything to see their kids happy and they never have a bad word to say to anybody about anything......I hope and i pray everyday that i have the same type of relationship with my child.
Most people play the lottery because they think money can provide them internal happiness....I am lucky enough to realize that it isn't the money and that i have won the mega million this year!!!
Thank you just doesn't seem like a strong enough word right now, but thank you Dovey family for everything, not just today but everyday and everything thing!!!! I love you all!!!!

Donna, I'm glad you had such a great time at your shower. I wish that we could have been there to celebrate with you! I miss you guys and hope that you're doing well.

Donna, that was the nicest thing anyone has ever said. It made me cry. We do what we do out of love and are thrilled to have you as part of our family. I know it's hard for you sometimes to accept our love and help but that is what family is all about. We will always be here for you and the baby. It was not hard accepting you into our family. Keith is very lucky to have you. I am glad that you enjoyed your shower. Thank you again for such a wonderful thank you. We love you.
I agree with Donna. Its great to be part of this family. Even though they have more issues than National Geographic!! Ha ha! That was a beautiful comment Donna. Amanda and I are VERY much looking forward to coming down in August. Maybe I'll bring Keith some REAL beer to try . . .

Oh donna, its not about family...its about the gifts! NAH JUST KIDDING!!!!! Your baby shower was so much fun and the food was delicious ( i had the quiche yummmy)! I had a really good time.. I luv playing games at these things...thanx June for inviting me.
